Our Social Responsibility Policy
At Nurteks, we adopt the “People First” principle in every stage of production and management. Accordingly, we commit to not employing workers under the age of 18 and to adhering to all procedures and principles regarding young workers. We strictly prohibit forced or involuntary labor. Through a proactive, risk-based approach, we ensure the participation of all employees in occupational health and safety practices and develop work systems that prioritize overall employee health and safety.
We do not tolerate discrimination in employment, promotion, or termination processes and conduct recruitment based on competencies. Compensation, social benefits, and promotion procedures are managed with the same principle. We respect the dignity and personality of every employee and have zero tolerance for verbal, physical, or psychological harassment or coercion. Additionally, we apply disciplinary measures in full compliance with applicable collective labor agreements and legal regulations.
We comply with legal regulations when determining working hours and ensure that overtime work is based on voluntariness. We make all regular and overtime payments in full accordance with laws and collective labor agreements, and provide employees with the social benefits specified in these agreements.
We assess the social compliance of our cooperating suppliers, prepare action plans based on these assessments, and continuously improve social compliance levels. We are committed to full compliance with national legal regulations, International Labour Organization (ILO) standards under the SA 8000 Standard, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, United Nations conventions, and the SA 8000 Social Responsibility Management System Standard, maintaining this compliance continuously and improving our practices.
