Nurteks Halı Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi was founded in Eminönü, Istanbul in 1972. Nurteks which has been producing synthetic grass and wall-to-wall carpets since its foundation, introduced synthetic grass to Turkey for the first time in 1983. As the founder of the first grass carpet plant of Turkey, Nurteks performs its export activities to more than 50 countries in its two plants located in Çorlu and Çerkezköy and through its worldwide distributor network. Nurteks is the sector-leader in Turkey, the 2nd greatest producer in Europe and the 4th greatest producer in the world.
