Pope Francis, the spiritual leader of the Catholic Church, which has 1.2 billion members worldwide, was greeted with red carpets signed by Nurteks during his visit to Romania. We have produced carpets for many cathedrals before.
We completed a new project with a polyamide printed protocol carpet designed specially for Pope Francis to walk during this ceremony.

Pope spent 3 days in Romania, was greeted by Romanian President Klaus Lohannis and his wife Carmen with a red carpet. Pope Francis also visited many highlights of the city during his trip.

The special protocol rugs used in the ceremony to welcome the Pope were produced in total 7000 m2.
