Siding external wall covering systems are long-lasting external wall covering materials which protect the main structure's external walls from humid, damp and corrosion effects with no requirement of dyeing or maintenance for about a half century. Siding materials are polymer-based and are brought to the application area in plaques. The laths are nailed to the ground in the size of thermal boards to be used on the ground and after placing thermal insulating boards between these laths, OSB boards are nailed on the laths and siding plaques are mounted with the help of special apparatus on OSB boards.

Grass siding application system has a totally different structure from Siding in terms of material structure and appearance. The reason of their names’ similarity is because of their same usage areas. Grass siding is manufactured after synthetic grass carpets woven in NURTEKS carpet plant in various frequency and weight in grams are plastered on polypropylene product base-fabric by forming material layer behind 1x10 meter rolls. After grass siding is manufactured, the layer is melted by heating with torch to the primed or membrane-attached ground and the melting layer is adhered  to the ground regarding the result of its integration with the bottom surface and finally we get a closer appearance to natural grass differently from other types of Siding and covering. Grass siding, with its unique application technique in the world, is the first decorative facade covering material attached with a torch.

Other than different facade appearances grass siding forms, it is also a water insulation material with a great contribution to the sound and heat insulation of our building, which has been confirmed by the university reports.
